The proposal for the reconstruction of the Shopping Centre is to develop a simple but functionally and economically effective solution. The main intention is to create a new appearance inside and outside of the Centre.

The presented option requires alterations in the main entrance, galleries and atrium spaces, which result in free-column spaces in most of the public areas. This proposal helps create a welcoming atmosphere and encourages people to come and stay. It provides good visibility of shopfronts, an easy customer navigation and a comfortable circulation which benefit retail units and users.
